Description Ultra Rare 1939 VEF Super MD/39 Vacuum Tube Radio Set Pre WWII Riga Latvia. This radio has an amazing futuristic look and is one of the most desirable of pre-war Latvian radio sets. It is a MD/39 so it was produced sometime in 1938-39. It needs extensive restoration and repair. It is in as-found condition. The paint is peeling with most missing and there is a crack in the wood on top. It is not working and a few components are loose. The farthest left nob is loose.
